(Items necessary are: Mineral Foundation and Soft Foundation Brush)

  1. Apply your mineral foundation with a good soft brush, we love the Foundation Brush. Tap your mineral foundation into the lid of your foundation jar, and swirl your brush in the powder.
  2. Brush the foundation lightly onto the skin, starting from the center and moving out.
  3. Apply sheer layers until you've reached your desired level of coverage.

Tip: Start with less than you think you will need - several light applications allow for custom buildable coverage.

Want a Dewy heavier coverage? Or conceal a few blemishes? Here is a Tip:

  1. With a spray bottle (water or setting spray) apply 3 to 4 sprays directly onto your kabuki brush or concealer brush making it lightly damp.
  2. Tap your mineral foundation into the lid of your foundation jar, and swirl your damp brush in the powder.
  3. Brush the foundation lightly onto the skin, starting from the center and moving out. (If using a concealer brush: make sure to cover all spots evenly. (Make sure to apply it quickly before it dries out).
  1. Now with a dry soft foundation brush apply an even coverage lightly onto the skin and brush the foundation lightly onto the skin, starting from the center and moving out.
  2. Apply sheer layers until you've reached your desired level of coverage.

Try these other tips for perfect Mineral Foundation application:

  • Dry skin? You can create your own tinted moisturizer by mixing a bit of mineral foundation powder with your skin cream. For best results, and truly custom coverage, just mix what you need for one application.
